We had a fantastic stay at this modern and clean apartment. It was very close to the old town, making it easy for us to explore the historical sites and enjoy the city's charm. The spacious rooms and well-designed layout were perfect for our family. The friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service, and the free and safe parking was a great convenience. We also appreciated the spotlessly clean bathroom and the comfortable bed.

The couch in the living room was not comfortable for sleeping and made squeaky noises.

It had a marvellous and magnificent setting not far from old city center, the surrounding area and easy to park...

The room is brand-new, location is peaceful. Appreciated the fast check-in too.

I loved the apartment although some things didn't work.

Our stay at Villa Karla was exceptional. The rooms, bathroom, and kitchen were spotless clean and spacious. The apartment had excellent facilities and the location was close enough to the center to walk, but far enough away to be quiet. We really enjoyed the ample parking for our rental car. The bed was comfortable and the shutters provided excellent blackout blinds. Franca, the lady who looked after the apartments, was friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for trips. we loved every aspect of our stay at Villa Karla.

new apartment, has incredible setting close enough to old town in 10 minutes, and the historical part of town. it has an oven, kitchenware and a washing machine. thanks to superfriendly and accommodating staff.

We stayed one night while on our way to Split. The room is very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The room came with an all in one washer and dryer. However, it will take a long time to dry clothes and the instructions are a bit confusing but the owner left a manual and will help you out. The quiet neighborhood is about a 25-minute or less walk to the city center. There is plenty of parking. The outdoor garden area was lovely, very quiet and relaxing, all perfectly maintained. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything you needed. Franka, the employee who manages everything, was exceptional—precise, punctual, and smiling. Very welcoming and suggested places to visit, etc. Nice outdoor seating area and outdoor facilities available such as a toilet for late flights after check out.

The neighbourhood was very nice. The staff was very amiable and attentive and we met the host.

We stayed 1 night here, nonetheless it was a great experience. The bus stop was within 5 minutes' walk.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Zadar. The spaciousness and cozy atmosphere made it perfect for our longer stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. Although it was a 20-minute walk to the old town, it was a pleasant stroll in the evenings.
